Former Tampa City Council Member (elected 1971‐1974; appointed 1978‐1979) and Hillsborough County Commissioner (elected 1980‐1983) Joe Kotvas will discuss his book Men of the Invisible War, The Third Invasion of North America. Kotvas describes the story as one “of love, faith and hardships, suffering and dying. It's the story of the dead crying out to be heard and remembered. It's their story, a story about a forgotten war fought on American soil, about the invasion of America no one really knows or remembers except for those very few remaining who fought there.”

For adults. Check out a copy of this book from any Hillsborough County library. Copies will also be available for sale by the author after the program.

Funded by the Friends of the Charles J. Fendig Library. For more information about this and other FREE programs @ your library®, call 813‐273‐3652 or visit www.hcplc.org.
