Untangling Tangled Roots at Jan Kaminis Platt Regional Library

Gigi Best, a member of several national genealogical societies, shares her experience in African American family research as well as Native American and European American genealogy. Ms. Best’s lively presentation will cover beginning family historical research, creating family pedigree charts, DNA and chromosome painting, and locating ancestors through DNA research.

This program is part of the library's Black History Month celebration.
