Applied Happiness Course at the Jan Kaminis Platt Regional Library

Representatives from Mutual Responsibility will discuss recent scientific studies in how to sustain a feeling of lasting happiness. Participants will receive practical skills that will prepare them to live in the moment, cope with challenges, and overcome obstacles in a balanced way. In this engaging workshop, using clips, games, simple assignments, and insightful Q&A’s, participants will learn how a supportive environment can enable a sense of well-being.
