North Tampa Branch Library 8916 North Boulevard in Tampa
FREE

Join Crista Cowan as she provides tips to generate more interest in family history among siblings, cousins, children and grandchildren at family gatherings. Some of these sharing opportunities may even generate new information for family history or new leads to follow in research. Crista Cowan, better known as “The Barefoot Genealogist,” is the Community Alliance Manager at Ancestry.com, where she has been employed since 2004. Her interest in family history, however, reaches all the way back to childhood. She specializes in descendancy research, Jewish immigration, and sharing family history with the genealogically challenged.

For adults.
