Yoga For Beginners at the Town ’N Country Regional Public Library

Mondays: October 21 and 28 at 11:00 a.m.
Town ’N Country Regional Public Library, 7606 Paula Drive, Ste. 120 in Tampa

The purpose of yoga is to increase overall well-being by reducing stress and tension and increasing flexibility, strength and breathing capacity. Class instruction on fundamental techniques is tailored to the level of ability and fitness of the participants. Ongoing classes will enable participants to develop practice at an appropriate, gradual pace. Attend this session in comfortable exercise clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel.
