Florida’s First People: A Viva Florida 500 Historical Exploration

Come discover who Florida’s early inhabitants were, how they lived and why they disappeared. This program is part of the Viva Florida 500 celebration, a statewide initiative led by the Florida Department of State to highlight the 500 years of historic people, places and events in Florida since the arrival of Juan Ponce de León to the land he named La Florida in 1513.

For children in grades K to 5.
