Yoga 101: Intro To Yoga For Adults

Sundays:
Feb. 3, 10, 17 and 24 at 2:30 p.m.

Thursdays:
Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 12:15 p.m.

Wednesdays:
Feb. 13, 20 and 27 at 6 p.m.

Yoga is an activity that can help heal the mind, body and soul. In this one-hour class, Erin Wheeler of Lucky Cat Yoga introduces adults to yoga. Participants will learn yoga postures and pranayama (yogic breathing). The class is moderately paced, allowing participants to leave with lots of energy. Participants should bring a towel or a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
