THE COMEDY-TIME TUNNEL COMES TO CHARLES J. FENDIG LIBRARY

The Friends of Charles J. Fendig Library invite you to a night of laughter and fun as the National Comedy Hall of Fame Museum bring the hilarious program "The Comedy - Time Tunnel" to the Charles J. Fendig Library on Monday, October 18th, 2010 at 6:45 pm. This event is free and open to the public.

Join us for a wonderful journey starting with the first great American Comedian in the City of Boston in 1787 as we take the listener on an enchanting comedy ride through the 1800's Vaudeville, Stand-up, Theatre and on to the Early Days of Radio. Our travels will end with the Beginning of Television Comedy as we enjoy rare comedy routines from giants in the industry such as Milton Berle, Sid Caesar, George Burns, Red Skelton, Phyllis Diller and many more.

This comedy lecture/tour is narrated by the National Comedy Museum Curator Tony Belmont and is filled with exciting visuals and full of laughs from the greatest names in comedy history.
