This free series of six fun, interactive classes are for limited resource families. EFNEP's primary purpose is to give adults the skills they need to make nutritious choices for their families and ultimately improve their overall health.

The program provides education on nutrition, meal planning, shopping skills, cooking skills and food safety to individuals responsible for feeding children. Upon completion of the classes, graduates receive a certificate from the University of Florida.
