FREE Preschool Yoga is an introduction for little yogis to basic postures that will help them learn body awareness, balance, breathing techniques, and more.
This event is a part of a series and is for children ages 3-5 with a maximum attendance of 20 children; tickets will be distributed in advance of the program. Please bring a mat or towel to class.
