Yoga is a system for integrating body, breath, mind and heart; anybody interested in living a healthy, balanced and joyful life can practice yoga. In this 75-minute session, certified yoga teacher Rubén Vásquez will guide participants in the use of simple and effective tools to reduce stress, relieve pain, improve breathing, enhance flexibility and increase strength and balance. Attend this session in comfortable exercise clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel.
