On January 1, 2014, the first public library in Hillsborough County, the West Tampa Branch Library, will celebrate its 100th Anniversary! Public libraries have been changing lives and transforming communities in Hillsborough County for nearly a century. Enjoy the day's festivities and have some birthday cake.
