Guided meditation can be a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life. Just 12 to 18 minutes of daily practice may bring clarity in perception, improved health, peace and well-being. In this program, participants explore the subtlest aspects of yoga and may become meditative. No physical agility or pre-requisites required.
