In celebration of Black History Month, New Tampa Regional Library is proud to present accomplished singer Rose Bilal for an evening of classic jazz. She performed with some of the greats including Gladys Knight and the Pips and The O'Jays and recently packed houses in Europe with her unique style of jazz. Bilal will present songs such as “Satin Doll,” “As Time Goes By,” and “Ain't Misbehavin'.” This will be an enjoyable program for music lovers of all ages.
