Celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Upper Tampa Bay Library. At 11 a.m. there will be face painting by Mary and balloon art by Li; at 1 p.m. well-known Florida mystery writer Tim Dorsey will talk & sign books; and at 2 p.m. there will be an hour long visit from Mother Goose! Cake will be served in the lobby during the events. See you there!
