Tai Chi For Seniors

Tai Chi reduces stress and increases alertness, flexibility and stamina. This class is specifically designed for seniors. Birdsall modifies each movement to meet the individual needs of each student. Comfortable clothing should be worn for these sessions.

    Lynn Barber, Florida Yards and Neighborhoods Agent, will discuss how the use of rain barrels can help your garden and our environment. She will demonstrate how to make a rain barrel using a 55 gallon plastic drum. A certificate for one free rain barrel per household will be issued at the end of the workshop.
