Guided meditation can be a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life. Just 12 to 18 minutes of daily practice may bring clarity in perception, improved health, peace and wellbeing. In this program, participants explore the subtlest aspects of yoga and may become meditative. No physical agility or pre-requisites required.
