This special cosmetics program teaches adults and teens how to use facial makeup application and instructional skills for polishing up images. This techniques will help participants look great when going on a job interview, or have more confidence at their current job. Margaret Rafferty, licensed esthetician since 1980, is a longtime Estée Lauder and Lancôme beautician. She will lead the facial makeup and image posting demonstrations at the library.
