Learn how to make beautiful floral arrangements. State accredited instructor Joan Lawhead will lecture on the basic elements of flower arranging. Participants will be given the opportunity to create their own floral arrangement to take home. Flowers and containers will be provided. Participants should bring scissors and garden clippers if possible.
