This federally insured program has been used many times to save home owning seniors from foreclosure. Come and learn about a safe program that can allow seniors to get cash out of the their home and not have to repay until the home is sold. HUD reverse mortgages are federally insured. SSI and Medicare benefits are not affected by the loan. The program will last about thirty minutes with time for audience questions.
